Terms of service

It is strictly forbidden to use our services for:

• 1) Any mass mailing without approval;
• 2) Usage of PowerMTA, SendBlaster, Mail Bomber and other SPAM software;
• 3) Multi-user VPN and proxy services withour approval;
• 4) Any heavy applications, CDN networks and traffic generators;
• 5) Any illegal activities in accordance to the service location country laws as well as Russian laws.

Using the services for the above purposes automatically means a violation of the terms of service and may lead to service termination.

Privacy policy

In order to comply with Russian 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных» a privacy policy has been developed. Our company is in Russian personal data operators list.

Bonus program

Each VDSnow customer can become a member of «Bonus card» program. You can save money on our services by participating in the program. The more you spend the more you save.
In order to participate in the program please contact our sales team or wait for the automatic bonus card assignment as part of various marketing campaigns.

We will add 1% of the invoice amount to your bonus balance.
You can then use the bonus balance when paying the next invoice. It is impossible to convert bonus balance into refundable account balance.
